The most likely reason that you can't stay logged in is that your web browser is not accepting cookies.
We place what is commonly called a "cookie" on your computer in order to allow us to show you your private account information. If it our only way of knowing that you know your username and passcode and are the person allowed on the account.
In order to fix your browser to receive cookies you need to turn on your browser's ability to accept cookies. To do this follow the instructions below:
Internet Explorer
- Go to the "Tools" menu.
- Choose the "Internet Options..." menu item.
- Click the "Privacy" tab.
- Make sure you have "Medium High" or lower selected.
- Click "OK."
- Go to the "Tools" menu.
- Choose the "Options" menu item.
- Select "Privacy".
- Then click on the "Cookies" tab.
- Make sure you have "Allow sites to set Cookies" selected.
- Click "OK."
